Silverlake Innovation Partners Sdn Bhd (SIP, previously known as Global IM-PACT) was formed by ex-IBM employees with more than 25 years of experience each, in the IT industry, and in particular the Banking and Finance industry. It is part of a family of established companies, Silverlake Group of Companies, with international presence and staffed with professionals with specialized skills and experience in the Information Technology Industry. SIP is the first IBM system/390 business partner in Malaysia, which is recognition by IBM of the company’s credential in its area of expertise. In its first year of operation, IBM recognized Global IM-PACT performance with the ‘New IBM Business Partner of the Year’ award. Following that, Global IM-PACT continued to win the Hundred Percent Club and Top Achievement awards from IBM every year.
